I called up the dealership and had the pleasure of speaking with Alan Banjany, who was extremely attentive from the start. I told Alan that I was interested in an XF. Although somewhat familiar with the model, I had many complex questions about the vehicle, all of which he was able to answer on the spot thanks to his extensive knowledge of the brand. He then informed me of a great deal they had going on with the Jaguar XF diesels. I’ve never driven a diesel before and was a bit leery about the whole concept. After explaining to me all of the benefits of owning a diesel, I was sold. Upon agreeing on getting a diesel, I told him what trim level I was looking for and without hestitation, Alan immediately searched for the XF with the specifications I was looking for. Less than a half hour later, Alan found an XF with all of the options I was looking for. To my dismay, the color of the available XF wasn’t my first choice. Upon relaying that to Alan, he worked tirelessly to find such a rare and uncommon Jaguar XF not only with the technology and specs that I was looking for, but also the color combo I preferred. Less than an hour later, Alan informed me of the good news. He was able to find the exact vehicle I wanted. The vehicle wasn’t at the dealer and was still at the port of delivery. Alan went the extra mile in ensuring that I get the exact vehicle and in timely manner. Upon receiving the great news, I was able to submit all the required information through an application via email. Alan was in touch every day during the interim and always kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle. Upon delivery, Alan came in on his day off just so that I could get into my brand new Jaguar earlier than expected. When I arrived the the dealership, I was warmly greeted by a receptionist and offered a beverage of choice. Alan was immediately available to me and conducted himself in professional manner. Throughout the seemless process that Alan created for me, it had been such a pleasure and joy to work with him. Alan is a perfect representation of everything that the brand stands for as he provided me with an exceptional experience. If anyone is looking for a Jaguar or Land Rover, do not hestitate I’m visiting this dealer and working with Alan Banjany. This was by far the best shopping car shopping experience I’ve ever had. "AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!" I had a wonderful experience buying my new car. James Mull was the best Sales person I have ever dealt with. I am from RI and found my car online. James got right back to me and I put a deposit on it. The car was held for me for over a month. I arrived by train and James picked me up at the train station. When we got to the dealership Everything was ready for me. James went through everything about the car so I understood how to operate the car and feel safe. He set up my Land Rover Remote and set every control in my car to make it easier for me. Everyone at Ray Catena was welcoming and truly helpful. I called the dealership after having been to Manhattan Land Rover (what a disorganized mess) and Paramus and got Frank Nodarse.......from our very first conversation I knew that I would be leasing my Evoque thru him....he sounded so confident on the phone and I could not wait to meet with him. When I arrived I knew who he was before the receptionist even introduced us. He had taken it upon himself to get the car he had taken pictures of and sent to me READY!!!! He knew how valuable my time was.....WOW...FINALLY!!! My mother and I sat with him while he spoke with the bank to get me a better Tier so that I could have this car fit within my budget. After what seemed like an eternity (I wanted to drive my new car) the bank sided with his plea. I drove my Evoque the same day and Frank was wonderful. I felt terrible because I kept him at the office long after the dealership closed...we finished at 9:30pm. Frank you have EARNED my business for life thank you for your patience and professionalism I am going to refer all my friends...family and Instagram followers.
