I always have a positive experience with the service department. Everyone is friendly and professional every single time. I will continue to schedule service here. Love the free car wash too!! My only complaint which really isn’t a complaint is that I don’t know how to operate the coffee maker in the waiting area 😂. It’s a good thing I’m not a car mechanic! 5 stars! More

First experience with Kia. The online rep got me a test drive very quickly. Unfortunately when I arrived for my appointment, the person who was to meet me was not available, but Juan jumped right in and go drive very quickly.
