Sales personnel were great prior to and during the sale. Problem was after the sale no one from the sales, service or partner services wanted to help schedule repair of my brand new (300 miles) 2024 vehicl Problem was after the sale no one from the sales, service or partner services wanted to help schedule repair of my brand new (300 miles) 2024 vehicle. Needed rear tranny seal replaced and automatic running board adjusted. The process and people are great up to the point you need help. Maybe they've been burned but, honestly, I just needed a little bit of help and got nothing. Crickets. More
