We regret to hear that you were charged extra for new plates despite requesting a transfer at the time of purchase. We apologize if the process of title and registration, which also includes the application for new plates, was not clearly explained to you. We understand that you have brought this issue to our attention and while we were willing to investigate, we regret that the manner in which it was raised was disrespectful toward our staff. While we understand that mistakes may have been made, such as a $151 error, we ask that all interactions with our team members be respectful and professional. Unfortunately, due to the disrespectful manner in which this issue was brought up, we were unable to resolve it to your satisfaction.

I have a diesel Transit van, the fuel filter froze and left me stranded. Had the vehicle towed to Lake Ford, informed them I needed a filter replacement. This is typically a $200 job. I was charged $630. More

We apologize for the negative experience you had with us. We understand that your fuel filter froze and left you stranded and that you were charged more than expected for the replacement of the filter. We would like to clarify that the additional charge is a convenience fee due to the timing of the repair and keeping staff beyond normal working hours so that you were not left without a vehicle over the long holiday weekend. We regret that our service manager was not able to fully address your concerns and provide a satisfactory resolution. We assure you that it is not our intention to take advantage of customers in difficult situations and we apologize for falling short in this instance.
