I visited the dealership looking to purchase a used 2013 WRX. I ended up buying a new Crosstrek (which was my backup choice) and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. But, Bret insisted that we do it then. He completed all the paperwork, gave us information on the car, and answered all our questions in a very relaxed, unhurried manor. All of this brought him over this scheduled time to leave. We, of course, felt terrible about this, but it didn't bother Bret at all. He is such a good guy!
