Our salesman Abe did his best to manage the situation during our recent purchase experience with LaFontaine, but unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing. To start, the vehicle was during our recent purchase experience with LaFontaine, but unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing. To start, the vehicle was listed for sale despite the dealership not having the title in hand. It took three weeks to obtain the title and complete the sale, with no clear explanation other than, "We don't know why it's taking so long, but it will be soon." Secondly, the vehicle has a strong smoke odor. We were assured that an ozone generator would be used to remove the smell prior to delivery, but the odor remains unchanged. Lastly, the car was delivered with a dent on the door—damage that supposedly occurred the same day it was being delivered to us. We were told this would be addressed, but three days have passed and we have yet to hear from anyone. This was my second purchase from LaFontaine, and unfortunately, it will be my last. More
