I purchased a 2023 Cadillac XT5 this past June 2025 at LaFontaine Cadillac in Highland, MI. Since I live downriver, Highland, Michigan is quite a distance from my home. I contacted this dealership to find out if I can get my maintenance work done at their dealership which is a lot closer to my home. I was happy to learn that they would be happy to provide service to me. I spoke with Alan in the Service Dept who explained everything to me. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. I had an oil change, which included rotating my tires and topping off all fluids. I was there less than an hour. I was quite satisfied with the service that they provided. Jason, a Porter kept me and others in the Customer Lounge with status updates on our vehicles. That was a nice touch. More
