I have called this dealership several times. I know my Buick Envista should be under warranty. My rear camera is not working. I only had this car for a year. It's a 2025. No one return calls. The service department stated they can't tell me if my car is under warranty unless I bring it in. He stated they would have to keep it for 3 days. I said then how would I get to work. Basically that's my problem. Every since Brandon Avery left I can't get no answers from anyone at the location on Michigan Avenue in Dearborn, Michigan. I'm so disappointed. I'm very frustrated. It went out at 14,725. I just don't know what to do about this. I wish someone would please tell me over the phone if this is under warranty before I bring my car in. All they do is get your money, then when you need answers nobody knows nothing. Again I'm very disappointed. More
