The service staff were always courteous and professional, but unfortunately my experience with LaFontaine's service department was disappointing. I brought my vehicle in multiple times for warranty-related c but unfortunately my experience with LaFontaine's service department was disappointing. I brought my vehicle in multiple times for warranty-related concerns, yet the technicians were unable to properly diagnose or resolve the issues. I felt that my input regarding the likely cause of the problem was dismissed, and I was instead directed toward repairs that ultimately resulted in unnecessary out-of-pocket expenses. In the end, the original issues remained unresolved, and I had to seek service elsewhere to get them corrected. I had hoped for a better outcome and more attention to customer concerns during the diagnostic process. More
