Poor customer service/repair My first experience was fine so I thought until my transmission was shot and we brought it back and same thing. It's a 2005 Saturn Vue and I know you all would say you need a new car, well at this time I cannot afford it, but if you are putting new transmissions in then I don't get it. Awful experience and POOR service I recently took my vehicle into LaFontaine in Ann Arbor for a routine oil change and noticed a palm size dent on the hood that looked to be from someo I recently took my vehicle into LaFontaine in Ann Arbor for a routine oil change and noticed a palm size dent on the hood that looked to be from someone pushing the hood down. I had my vehicle inspected by a LaFontaine dealership the week before as I am turning in my lease and want to be prepared for any damage I may have to pay for so I know this dent did not exist prior to the oil change. Accidents happens and I'm an understanding person but after multiple calls and messages to Derek in the service department with nothing in return I have lost ALL respect for this dealership! I've now taken this to the corporate level and am trying to resolve the issue that way. I've had multiple sources call multiple times, have even sent e-mails and Derek always seems to be "on lunch" or "not answering pages". If you're looking to do business with LaFontaine I recommend going to the location on Highland Rd in Milford or to the location in Dexter. More

Very Awesome Service Robert Bell was very excellent. He helped us get the car we needed. Beyond My expectation I recently had a terrible experience with another dealership.
