I purchased a 2022 telluride and have nothing but great things to say about Lev Kia. I reached out to several dealers by email, and revived emails and phone calls back from most of them. They all told me I was going to pay over MSRP or had to finance thru them, with the exception of Lev Kia. Tony (Lev Sales) called me and told me if I'm ready to make a purchase, and was willing to wait, then come meet with him he will lock me in at MSRP. He was true to his word! He was professional and kept the lines of communication open. Seven months later I drove away in my new telluride and couldn't be happier! Peter in finance kept it simple and straight forward, and I have ordered some parts and that team is quick to respond. I hate buying cars, like most of us, but this was a nice experience. Avoid this dealership at all costs. From the sales manager (Jeffrey) to the service department, they are not interested in doing what is right for customers and I'm confident you will be highly disapp manager (Jeffrey) to the service department, they are not interested in doing what is right for customers and I'm confident you will be highly disappointed if you engage with them. I waited over 45 days to buy a used car (with no financing). They listed the car for sale without the title (which took over 30 days to obtain), refused to accept my payment via check for the car (they required certified funds and assume every customer is someone who cannot pay), and finally the car needed front brakes (rotors & pads) as I drove it home because it sit idle on the lot for 45 days without being driven and the brakes rusted. I started car shopping in July. I visited another dealer who was trying to sell me a telluride in a color I did not want. And was asking over $5,000 over the MSRP. I had to walk away. I called dealers from all over Massachusetts, NH, to Ohio looking for the Telluride I wanted and for a reasonable price without the ridiculous markups. I was very persistent but I was slowly losing hope until a friend of mines referred me to cars.com. I created a profile and filtered the search criteria for what I was looking for and hit search. And I came across a small inventory of nearby dealers. I called a few and did not have any luck until I spoke to Ken. Ken was nice on the phone, asked me a few questions, and told me he would follow up with me. And a few minutes later he called me and told me he had the vehicle. I was shocked. I did not test drive my Telluride before I signed my papers. I knew what I wanted and I trusted Ken. Thank you Ken Russian for making my car shopping experience easy, and convenient.
