The customer experience with the Sales, Management, and Service team was excellent. This is coming from a person that dreaded dealing with "car sales persons" in the past! Our sales person (Jeff Tang) took the time to understand our needs and helped us understand all of the many different options through Lev Kia. We test drove several different makes and models (SUV's and Sedans) and ultimately chose the Optima EX. The Kia team created a great financing package that fit our budget and then located the specific car and options that we chose and we closed the deal. We're very happy Optima EX owners, and in fact, the experience went so well that we bought a second new Kia Forte, with the same overall total experience, for our daughter. More
