Dear Disappointed_123, I'm sorry you felt uncomfortable during the sales process at LEV Kia, as a customer you are our first priority and we want to do everything we can to help make your experience at LEV Kia as pleasant as possible. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and work very hard to promote that philosophy at LEV Kia. We try to be as transparent as possible with your trade information, the pricing structure of our vehicles and how we arrive at the prices we provide. We can't always come to an agreement with the customer, but we can always stand by our offers to the customer. We do everything we can to explain every part of the transaction to every party involved in the negotiation. Unfortunately with the Kia Product the spread between MSRP and dealer cost is considerably less than other makes - Kia prices to market value. Therefore we do not have as much room to negotiate as other manufacturers do. As far as showing you the numbers of the individual sales person, he was trying to justify the quality of the entire organization from ownership, management, service department and the sales department as a quality place to do business, not to make you feel uncomfortable in any way. You are definitely not just a number to us, we hope you join our family of customers like so many others have and enjoy the relationship for years to come. I apologize if you felt this way. The sales consultant you dealt with is one of the most knowledgeable you will ever meet in the industry, I've worked with him for more than fifteen years at this dealership , which also tells you something about LEV Kia. Most dealerships that you'll visit will have different personnel every time you visit. The average employee has been here for more than ten years and doesn't have any plans on leaving any time soon.
