Came to this dealer to look at a used Camry. Ended up buying a new Optima. I am a value buyer who prefers buying high quality cars with 20 to 30K miles. My last 4 purchases were TYoyota. I looked at th buying a new Optima. I am a value buyer who prefers buying high quality cars with 20 to 30K miles. My last 4 purchases were TYoyota. I looked at the Optima as it was priced with incentives about 15% more than the Camry with 20K miles and fewer extras. No hard sell involved. Other than factory incentives I got no price break. They did not have the model in color with extras I wanted. This is probably typical so if they don't have it on the lot, you will be hit with a $300 transfer fee. Sales people, especially Phil were knowledgeable, curteous, patient and friendly. I rate that part of the interaction as exceptional. Don't know if I paid too much yet. If the car is problem free for 100000 miles I will have gotten what I paid for. Check back in about 5 yrars for the end of the story. More

I was talked into looking for a new car by my husband. I was not looking forward to it! My experiences with car salesman has been awful! Anyway......I had seen Lev Kia on some cars passing by so I Googled it on my phone, found the address & we headed that way. We drove in & saw several Kia Sorentos that we were interested in. Phil came out the door as I turned & rolled my eyes expecting another bad experience. Boy, were we pleasantly surprised! Phil is the most knowledgeble,non-pushy,kind,understanding,helpful salesman that we have ever met! He took us on the greatest test drive ever & we were able to experience bumps,twists & turns,stop & go traffic & finally the Pike! In closing we would highly recommend Lev Kia. Not only was Phil great but Burt was too. He spent alot of time with us explaining the details of buying the car,financing the car,warranting the car etc. Again there was no pressure. Most importantly, he understood what I was looking for, and he was the first one willing to deal over email. I changed my mind many times on the car model, used one to new one. He never showed me any sign of frustration. He kept it cool and carried on with me, and even gave me extra service like picking me up at the train station,and gave me advice about car insurance. I met Tony and Gery, who are very helpful and so sweet to talk to, especially Tony. They are not pushy at all, super knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They kept the good vibes all the way trough the final deal. I finally bought a New Kia Sportage. When the time comes for my wife's car, you guys will see me back. I bought a used Kia Rondo in September. At first I had quite a few issues with the car but the service center finally got everything taken care of. They were very helpful and did everything possible to ma quite a few issues with the car but the service center finally got everything taken care of.
