This is my 6th car I purchased from Larry “Sarge” and as always, he was respectful of my questions and concerns and provided great explanations. The sales process was painless and pleasant. However signin always, he was respectful of my questions and concerns and provided great explanations. The sales process was painless and pleasant. However signing the paperwork was a bit more disturbing. Heather took care of us and provided us with a lot of helpful information, but she also shared some information that turned out to be questionable. After signing was completed we were talking with Sarge and he informed us that a piece of information provided was not correct When we called her on it she denied what she had said and instead attributed the info as coming from John K which it did not. While it was not a significant issue, it did cast some doubt on the other info that was shared during the signing process. As previously stated, we have purchased multiple vehicles from your dealership and have always been more than pleased with our total experience but this did leave a sour taste in our mouths. More
