He explained everything thoroughly and had the patience to answer all of our questions. When walking though the vehicle at the end, we saw the remnants of a sticker by the back door. I was going to clean it off when we got home but Larry wouldn’t let us leave until it was gone...and this was an hour after closing time! It was well worth the hour-plus drive to purchase from Kufleitner and Larry. More

Bransen needs to be more mindful of customer service. After the sale I called Bransen and asked him to check if an oil change had been done. Before I even got the question out his immediate response was, After the sale I called Bransen and asked him to check if an oil change had been done. Before I even got the question out his immediate response was, "You bought it as is." I stated that I knew that but I was calling him for some info. He then asked what I needed. I asked if they had done an oil change and he stated that he did not know but would check and get back to me. He never got back to me via e-mail or phone. I was severely disappointed! Something that simple should have been a no-brainer to take care of. More
