While I have a longstanding relationship with sales, service is hit and miss. To be fair they have come through in a pinch but often I have to argue, prove or bring vehicles back to be properly repaire service is hit and miss. To be fair they have come through in a pinch but often I have to argue, prove or bring vehicles back to be properly repaired. Latest example: a warranty part was installed on the wrong truck in my fleet. They want me to bring both trucks back, get the old part installed, pull the new one off and put on the proper truck with zero compensation for the loss of time-no loaner vehicles either. I’m not happy with the service experience overall. More
