The light indicating the tire pressure went on and so I made an appointment. It took a while to figure out what the problem was. Apparently, the tire valve was loose. Initial scheduling with AI got it all wrong. Wrong car. Wrong person. Wrong owner. Did not identify problem clearly. Took over and hour and 15 minutes just to change out a headlight bulb and it Wrong car. Wrong person. Wrong owner. Did not identify problem clearly. Took over and hour and 15 minutes just to change out a headlight bulb and it cost over $95! I even had an 8 am appointment and I arrived early. Koons always tries to add on unnecessary repairs like their favorite air cabin filter. Waiting area was poorly lit for reading. The stale air smelled terribly of stale bad coffee and cigarettes. Very gross! More
