I searched for a specific 2005 Lincoln LS in a 200 mile radius. I drove from Richmond, VA to Vienna. There was only 1 of these on the lot. I called in advance and Mitch put it away so it would be there when I arrived from the 110 mile trip from Richmond. They financed me on the spot; matched the same interest rate that my credit union would give. I drove home in my new vehicle within an hour. My salesman was Alvaro Rodriguez. He was professional and informative. We worked with a gentleman in Finance, the name escapes me, but he was quick and efficient. No one "danced" around my questions; rather, each one addressed my concerns individually and effectively. The entire experience was accurate and efficient, friendly and professional. I have already recommended this dealership to several others. I had to take my car into service for a recall notice; the job was completed even quicker than I had been told and I received three different communications letting me know that the job was completed.
