I bought a 21 suburban with 400 miles on it. I got it shipped to my house just to find out that this so-called brand new vehicle has damage weatherstripping on the drivers door and a quarter size scuff o shipped to my house just to find out that this so-called brand new vehicle has damage weatherstripping on the drivers door and a quarter size scuff on the front bumper. Call Dwayne the salesman and he see what he could do about it. After beating around the bush for two weeks I had to reach back out to him just to get the answer that they are not going to do anything about it that it was already there and the price reflected it but not once did anybody there tell me that here was any damage to the vehicle prior to buying it I will never use this dealership ever again. More

Dropped vehicle off in the evening and Jimmy checked me in. Next morning at 7:15 am Carlos texted to let me know my vehicle was in the shop and they would provide status. The suspected road damage turned o in. Next morning at 7:15 am Carlos texted to let me know my vehicle was in the shop and they would provide status. The suspected road damage turned out not to be any damage, I had hit what looked like a pipe in the road. Also had the first line / oil service done, new vehicle. Ready in less than two hours, super service and advice from Carlos. More

Unfortunately my experience was not good. The service was done but the tech didn’t clean up, there was oil spilled on the valve cover and greasy hand stains on the front fenders and driver side door. As a Co done but the tech didn’t clean up, there was oil spilled on the valve cover and greasy hand stains on the front fenders and driver side door. As a Corvette owner I keep my car spotless, you can eat off the engine. I tried calling the service manager but got no answer. I have 3 other cars, a Toyota that I have serviced at Ourisman and the vehicle is returned spotless inside and out and hand washed. The same for my Mercedes which is serviced by HBL. My VW is serviced by Jiffy Lube and they always do a good job. After spending $1200 the least they can do is CLEAN UP. More
