Salesman and manager then proceeded to tell me that the seat would be repaired, and they would call me as soon as it was available and hold the car to give me "right of first refusal." When I didn't hear back, I called only to find they sold they car right out from under me despite the promise. Cannot recommend this dealership as they are not true to their word. More

The experience was very pleasant due in large part to the professionalism and attention to detail of Mr. Grist. He went out of his way to keep us informed and was at all times very responsive to any questions that we asked.
