I had a wonderful buying experience, but since then the service side of this dealership has not met expectations. I have only gone back three times since purchase, one occurrence was a routine oil change t service side of this dealership has not met expectations. I have only gone back three times since purchase, one occurrence was a routine oil change that resulted in me waiting at the dealership for 5 hours (the service rep did accommodate with a free service which I appreciated). Most recently, my front windshield wipers are not working. I initially scheduled an appointment for 8:30 am but was told no tech is available and could have taken up to 5 hours. What is the point of scheduling an appointment online then? After I raised concern with this, a tech was found for me and I was told it was two parts that needed to be replaced. I was told one of them was on back order and could not be given a firm timeline on when I could receive the part. I was given the service reps direct contact, and when I reached out for an update after a week I left a voicemail and still have not received a response. Any time there is weather I have to pay for a rental vehicle, I feel like there would be more urgency around a safety hazard such as this? Just overall disappointed with my experiences and do not plan to routinely go to this dealership. More

I purchased my brand-new car in December of 2019. I also financed a service contract. Since then, my car has continued to run excellently. I'm prompted for regularly scheduled services (approx. every 5,000 miles). After scheduling my appointment and arriving on time, I was immediately checked in. I choose to wait for the service. While waiting, I am provided with a text number where I can check on the status. The work is regularly completed within an hour and a half. All of the costs have been covered by my contract. All the personnel from the check-in until the delivery after service are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. There are service locations closer to me, but I greatly appreciate the service that I get at Koons Chevrolet GMC Clarksville. More

Service Advisor Dave Hammond was great to work with. He answered my questions, and double checked for warranty coverage and any available discounts.
