All I had was a question I had previously purchased my 2013 Toyota Corolla from Koons Automotive during one of their sales events. He informed me that the sales rep who assisted me before was part of the out of state team that works the sales events and offered to assist me instead. After having my initial inquiry answered he asked me if I would be interested in refinancing the Corolla. I told him if I could save money then why not. Well to make a long story short, I ended up with a lower interest rate as well as a lower payment for a car I'm already happy with. I didn't even know dealerships could do that but I'm glad he brought it to my attnetion. More

Love my Mazda 2 I just showed up at Koons one day and Tony is who greeted me. He went above and beyond in order to get me into this car. More then I expected I contacted Koons Automotive of Woodbridge via email concerning the variety of Lexus ES 350s they had in stock. Tony King was the dealership representative that reached out to me. I came in with my father and looked at several of them finally narrowing down one of the many. There was an area that needed to be painted and Tony agreed to have it taken care of at a later date of my convenience. Pricing was better then I expected which is what drew me to Koons in the first place. The financing was quick and efficient. All in all I have to say this was a positive experience and as promised the work that was needed to be completed was done. I was even given a loaner to use while it was done. 5 Stars for you Koons.
