He took time (alonf with David) to answer any questions we had about leasing, incentives, coupons back etc. On 8/31 we signed for our new 2013 Hyundai Sonata. I then met with Fianance Mario Michel and within 10 minutes all paperwork was reviewed and signed. The numbers were exactly what was agreed to.No confusion. I called on Tuesday just before the holiday weekend and needed my 2011 Hyundai to be checked due to the check engine light being on and the transmission seemed to be giving me some trouble. On wed I realized i couldn't get the car in as early as i had hoped on thursday so i called and asked if i could bring the car in wed and drop it off . They said yes.
