Overall, we had a great experience with our purchase at this dealership. We started by looking for used cars. It took a few visits, but he never gave up trying to find us a car we could truly call ours (and afford it). Though at one point it seemed like a lost cause (due to a mix up in a different department which had nothing to do with David or Damion) David truly came through and found us a great used car, and then worked some magic to make sure it was something that we could afford. To that point, Damion did a fantastic job working with David to make sure we could afford our certified pre-owned car...and Damion made sure to take the time and explain things fully and answer EVERY single question we had. I could not recommend David Rutkay highly enough..he's a great sales person who wants to ensure that he does everything he can to help his customers. First of all, I'd like to say that this is my third time returning to this dealership to purchase a vehicle. My sister and niece also purchased vehicles at this dealership. For my first two purchases my saleslady was Debbie - it was a long time ago but she was great! On this occasion, I traded in my Lancer of which the salesman, Igor, offered me a very good price - i was extremely pleased and happy for his help. I was then interested in leasing the Elantra, and the salesman, Michael Renaud, discussed with me all the options I could choose. He was incredibly kind and patient, answering and explaining all of the questions my son and I had about the lease and the car itself. He really wanted us to fully understand everything. I believe Michael really cares about his customers and after working with him, i felt fully confident to complete the lease transaction. Lastly, i finalized my transaction with Oscar Sanchez the Finance manager, who was also very polite and friendly to us, and helped expedite everything. All in all, i recommend this dealership for their excellent customer service, salesmanship, professionalism, and personable manner. More
