Failing to deliver title/registration/plate and behaving unethically by asking us to have our insurance company "back-date" the insurance card to cover the dealership's discrepancies. I had a great experience at Koch 33 Mazda. I started via chat with Felicia, who was friendly, answered all my questions, and invited me in for a trade-in evaluation—where I ultimately got more I started via chat with Felicia, who was friendly, answered all my questions, and invited me in for a trade-in evaluation—where I ultimately got more than expected. From there, she connected me with Jonathan Cofre. Jonathan was laid-back, highly knowledgeable about all the features, and very accommodating. After test-driving the CX-5, he worked out the pricing and gave me the best possible deal. I highly recommend working with him; he is the best! Jonathan then referred me to Denis Hutta onsite, who was friendly, helpful, and saved me $300 over my current insurance company. Finally, I signed the paperwork with the finance manager, Bella. She was very friendly, put zero pressure on me, and helped me select the perfect warranty option for my needs. The entire team took their time and never rushed me, which I greatly appreciated. Even though I was there for a couple of hours, the time flew because they kept things moving efficiently between steps. If you want to buy a Mazda, this is definitely the dealership to go to! More
