i went in after researching online all the different mfg's. i actually came in to buy a smaller car but ended up getting the Altima cause it was such a good deal, or so i thought. the salesman was aweso mfg's. i actually came in to buy a smaller car but ended up getting the Altima cause it was such a good deal, or so i thought. the salesman was awesome. he knew everything about the car and showed us so much. we came in at closing time and he stayed along with the girl that wrote everything up. he even threw in free Nitrogen for the tires. when i came in to get the Nitrogen the next Monday the service mgr that i spoke with seemed defensive when i told him why i had come in. i saw the salesman and asked him if he could explain which he did and the service guy gave me what i came for. when we originally got the car they even had the guys wash the car and get it ready. after everything was done the salesman was showing us the car's features and when he opened the trunk he saw they had missed the whole lip under the back window. he said they would re-wash it when i came back for the Nitrogen. they re-washed it but still missed the lip under the back window, plus then i noticed when i was getting gas they didn't wash there either. i am not a clean freak but i was told it would be taken care of so i would have expected it to get taken care of. it doesn't keep me from coming to your for service and doesn't keep me from buying from you again when i get another new car. i love the price of your oil changes. as long as i get the service on the car i need and as long as i am treated well, i will continue to come to you with my car. overall i like Kline. i have seen prices for the 2011 and wonder how good a deal i got, but i was the one who was in a hurry to buy. i got a great deal at the time according to the research i did. Kline Nissan has been an outstanding dealership to work with. I bought my fist Nissan there in '03 & have been back to purchase 4 more. When I walk in, he greats me by name and makes me feel like a special customer. He takes the time to explain what needs to be done and then gets my car back to me on-time and for the price quoted. And the work is done right the first time. He also arranges the shuttle service for me so I can get to work if the car needs to stay for awhile. I also purchased a vehicle last month and Adam did great job of providing purchasing options and patiently going over each model we considered. We needed a new vehicle but there were so many different ways we could with the purchase. He must have responded to over 20 phone calls and e-mails in assisting us to make the right purchasing decision. Near the end, I had just about given up as their just didn’t' seem to be the right car/right price match, but then he came up with a suggestion I hadn't even considered that was a perfect fit. I never felt pressured and he always was supportive of whatever we needed. I was looking for my very first car, and my whole experience at this dealership was phenomenal. We had been looking all day, and when we came to Klein Nissan, Randy came out to greet us immediately experience at this dealership was phenomenal. When we told him what we were looking for, he suggested a few models that we should take a look at, and he brought us over to each car, told us all about the car (very, very detailed!), explained why it would be a good car/good price for me, and just really tried to meet our needs as best as we could. We found a used car whose price was a little high, but it was really a great car and after looking around at other dealerships, we decided that maybe this was the car for me. Randy went into detail all about the car, the bells and whistles, features, safety, etc and then let us take it for a test drive. It drove beautifully, but I would really expect nothing less from a Nissan, they're great cars. When we came back, we expressed to Randy our concern about the price of the car. It was about $600 dollars more than we wanted to pay. After much debate and making offers to the dealership, we finally got the price that we asked for! Randy definitely played a major part in making sure that we got the price that we asked for! He really took the time to understand that we wanted the car, but we just COULDN'T afford it at the listed price. And he got the ball rolling on getting me my first car! He helped us through all the paperwork, and helped us walk out the door with a great car for a great price. It was a very nice experience, and I couldn't have asked for a better person than Randy to help me through buying this car. On a side note, the bathrooms, waiting rooms, and showroom were amazingly clean and comfortable. More

I had a great experience at this dealership. I worked with Jay Engfer and I feel that he did a great job on helping me look for the car I needed. He showed me different cars with different options and we finally found the one that best fit my price range. It had all the options I requested and then some, great deal. This dealership worked with different financing companies. And even though my credit wasn't the greatest at this time, they were still able to come through and get my car financed. I really appreciated the work they did for me to get my car financed and I'm so glad I got the car I did. If it wasn't for Jay showing me how nice the Nissan Sentra's are I wouldn't have probably ended up with my awesome car. I had no interest in looking at a Sentra because I didn't even know what they looked like and I had my heart set on an Altima, but Jay suggested I try out a Sentra and I fell in love with it. Also there was no pressure in my purchase whatsovever. And that I loved because I've had bad experiences with dealerships in the past that pressure you to get cars and then are rude to you when you decide you don't like the car they suggested. At Kline I felt no pressure or urgency in purchasing a car from them and that was nice. I love my car and I'm so glad I went to Kline Nissan to get it; it was a great buy and a great car buying experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new car because of their great work and of course for the the awesome cars "Nissan" rocks! More

It was a good experience and the second vehicle I've purchased from Kline. The vehicle had a rattle that I was concerned about and they came and picked it up, gave me a loaner car, and had the rattle fi purchased from Kline. There was a defect from the factory where the insulation was missing in the rear panel. They had a body shop correct the problem. This left my brand new vehicle rather dirty (dirty carpets), so Adam had new floor mats sent to me and offered to detail my new car. I appreciated the offer but live 60 or so miles from the dealer so I won't take advantage of that. I cleaned it myself. Adam and the folks I dealt with were more than fair, I just hope that's the only thing that was forgotten when they assembled my vehicle. More
