First, my vehicle was not serviced when it was scheduled to be serviced. This caused delays in it being ready for pick up. Second, communication was poor. I gave them the correct email and asked them to communicate using my cellphone. Arrangements were made to complete the needed repairs for inspection and I was told the car would be ready the following day. Again, I waited until the end of the day without hearing from them. I left to do errands about 4:30, they called my home phone about 10 minutes later. I called them from my cellphone about 10 minutes after that since I hadn’t heard from them. The response was they were finishing the paperwork work, but it was now too late to pick up the car because they were closing. On Saturday, when I picked it up and raised these concerns, I was told Todd would call me on Monday afternoon after I got home from work. Again, I did not receive a call today. When the purchase was about to happen they had great communication. Up till it came time for financing. I told them I only wanted to request two specific banks and they did not listen. I wrote a review on this place a couple of months ago and here I am again! Save yourself the hassle if you are buying a jeep from this place. My fiancé and I returned back here because once again our Jeep co here I am again! Save yourself the hassle if you are buying a jeep from this place. My fiancé and I returned back here because once again our Jeep continues to have the same issue after almost a year of financing it along with some new one which I believe is somehow tied into the ongoing problem it’s been having but I am not the expert here. Well this time they just got straight to the point after having the car for 10 minutes and told him “they are not informational about jeeps” and recommended he take the car to a jeep dealership where he would be able to use the warranty we bought. Funny how after going to this place at least 6 times in the last almost year we were finally told our warranty could be used at other dealerships, not just theirs! The time, money, and hassle this would have saved us all!!!! I partially blame us for not being knowledgeable on our warranty how we should have been. Not like it wasn’t randomly just added to our sale during the purchase which I caught but my fiancé was ok with getting it so we went through with purchasing it. All I can say now is “thank god” because who would’ve known we would be in this never ending situation of needing to use the warranty. More
