I thought I lost my dream car. I had to go to an appointment and was on my way back to buy it but someone was going to buy it before I got there. Darren texted me immediately. But while I was on a test drive he was able to not only get my dream car back, but got me a sweet deal and has been so nice in answering all my questions and making time for me. Being someone who dislikes car shopping, in part due to pushy salesman who's only interest is pushing any car I merely glance at, have questions about or test drive, I found Darren to be the opposite. I went back to Klein Honda three of four times, and Darren happily answered my questions and brought each car over so I could test drive them with zero sales pressure (unlike what I experienced at Marysville Honda). After 2 weeks of searching, I decided to go back and see Darren to assist with my purchase. Hopefully I won't need to, but I would happily seek out Darren again to assist with another car purchase. Nice job, Darren, and thank you! More
