Ron, thank you very much for taking the time to not only leave a review, but speak with me directly on the phone. Based on our conversation, it is clear we failed you on multiple levels. The first was failing to build value in the pricing of our certified pre-owned vehicles. We price all of our vehicles to market and almost all of our vehicles are traded in from our customers who service them here so we retain all those records and we know how well they were treated. That said, when we failed to build value in our pricing, we obviously left you feeling like we were just another dealer, which is far from our intention. I know you mentioned that nobody likes the car dealership experience and I agree. However, that sentiment is exactly what we set out to overcome. At Klaben, our goal is to provide a customer service experience that leaves you wondering why you went anywhere else previously and allows us to have your consideration moving forwards. I am sorry that we failed to deliver you that experience. Finally, failing to transfer your tonneau cover from your previous truck and failing to clean your new truck to your satisfaction leaves me disappointed. I can empathize with your review as we left you feeling like there was a lot left to be desired. No excuses. We failed to deliver you the Klaben experience. As I mentioned on the phone, I look forward to having our mobile service team come to your home to install a new tonneau cover and show you the level of customer service that we failed to deliver during the sale.
