Extremely Helpful When I Was In a Bind I had a leased vehicle from a different dealership and was nearly at double my mileage allotment. I was recommended to talk to Chris from a good friend, and he did not disappoint! From the get go, he was convinced that buying out the original car was not my only option, and probably not the best. Chris worked hard to work this from every angle and see what all of my options would be. The time from coming into to Klaben to picking out a car to test drive to taking it out on the road was seemless and even grabbed a water bottle for the ride. A week later, we decided on a more than fair price on a 2015 Ford Focus. Love the car, love the customer service! A month or two later, I ripped my front bumper off on a parking block. I took it in. Eben took me over to the service garage. He had a guy add a few clips and snapped it back into place free of charge. Then gave the car a good wash while I grabbed some lunch. For a newer sales guy, he couldn't have done more to make sure the customer was taken care of. He was so relatable that anyone would feel the need to buy a car from him. I personally didn't want to walk away from a deal Klaben offered me because Eben and the rest of the dealership did so much to take care of me. I'll be back to buy my next car from him! More
