He was receptive to my requests to expedite the repairs on my car because of a medical appointment I had, and he had the repairs done quickly and efficiently. It was clear that his customers came first! He made sure that my car was in excellent shape. I am deeply appreciative of Mr. Orso's, personalized care, warmth, and friendliness. . Mr. David Wong efficiently checked me in, set up the repairs order, and answered all questions with courtesy and accuracy. I felt that my needs and wishes were given true consideration, not mere lip service. It was obvious that Mr. Wong works to assure that things go smoothly.
