Car only a year old. Well below my lease miles after a year. Couldn’t understand why my side mirrors wouldn’t close when locked. Motor went out. Still under warranty. I will never do business with King's Mazda or Mazda ever again. I bought a brand new car and it has been nothing but trouble. In the time I've owned this car it has spent over 45 days in the service departm again. I bought a brand new car and it has been nothing but trouble. In the time I've owned this car it has spent over 45 days in the service department. Within the first week of ownership, the vehicle had a brake failure that led to an accident. I made sure to get pictures of the malfunction indicators. After getting the damage fix, the replacement headlights flickered intensely so I took the vehicle back. They said since they were unable to reproduce the issue, there was nothing they could do. DESPITE the fact that I was able to show them the video of the lights flickering. And today (12/7/20) the radar malfunctioned and the engine light came on. I had my wife take the car in, they gave her a loaner, and she asked to speak with the dealership manager. She was told he was busy and to "have your husband call later". So not only are these people completely unconcerned with the safety of their customers, they are also misogynistic. I am an engineer and I know a low voltage issue when I see one. I am unbelievably disappointed with King's Mazda and I won't be back. More
