The dealer was quite busy and we were here for awhile but the service provided by Mark Knox and the team was excellent. Mark made sure we knew the ins and outs of the car and the terms before sending us to f the service provided by Mark Knox and the team was excellent. I didn't feel overly pressured but he did his job well and that sealed the deal for me. I've walked out on sales people before because they were demanding and pushy, so Mark was a welcome change.
