We were looking to buy the GMC Acadia but opted for the Terrain instead because the Acadia did not have a lot of rear storage (as opposed to the Terrain). We definitely would have upgraded and purchased the Acadia without the third row seat and more storage but unfortunately, it wasn't meant to be. Hoping in the future, the Acadia will lose that third row seating and put in more storage in the cargo area. Financing could have gone better. Mr. Scott Russo was a quick talker and seemed try to talk over us when discussing financing the vehicle. We felt kind of pressured about getting the warranty but opted against it. Still don't understand how the interest rate should be tied into getting the warranty. A lower interest rate should never be used as bait to buy into the warranty. I still feel we should have been able to negotiate a lower interest rate regardless of whether we're buying the warranty or not. Mr. Russo never really gave us that opportunity. So, I would suggest you buy the vehicle from Robert but find financing elsewhere. If it hadn't been for that encounter with Mr. Russo, I would have given this experience 5 stars. More
