Brought my 25 sierra 1500 for oil change tire rotation and system updates. Truck has 7,500 miles on it. When service was completed I drove he and then noticed scratches along the chrome trim on the driver and system updates. Truck has 7,500 miles on it. When service was completed I drove he and then noticed scratches along the chrome trim on the driver's door just above the door handle. I called the service rep and emailed a picture of the scratches. I contacted them the next day and was told by the service rep the scratches were old and how dare I try to take advantage of the dealership.. We'll back to doing my own oil changes. Avoid this dealership. More
