Im so happy you came to a conclusion the scratches did not occur while being serviced at your dealership. As owner of this vehicle with 7000 miles on it and meticulously maintain those scratches were not not occur while being serviced at your dealership. As owner of this vehicle with 7000 miles on it and meticulously maintain those scratches were not on the vehicle when I dropped it off for service. A dealer that valued it's customer service and not just selling cars with no concern for it customer Satisfaction would of had me bring my truck down to see what could be done to rectify the situation but since you have trained specialists who know how to pass the buck and blame the customer I'll never recommend your dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. Brought my 25 sierra 1500 for oil change tire rotation and system updates. Truck has 7,500 miles on it. When service was completed I drove he and then noticed scratches along the chrome trim on the driver and system updates. Truck has 7,500 miles on it. When service was completed I drove he and then noticed scratches along the chrome trim on the driver's door just above the door handle. I called the service rep and emailed a picture of the scratches. I contacted them the next day and was told by the service rep the scratches were old and how dare I try to take advantage of the dealership.. We'll back to doing my own oil changes. Avoid this dealership. More
