I have a 1998 Ford F-150 with which I was having problems and took it to the service dept. and explained in detail to the Service rep what the problems were. I had to take it back in for a second time to fi and took it to the service dept. and explained in detail to the Service rep what the problems were. I had to take it back in for a second time to fix the things that they were suppose to fix the first time. I will never ever take another one of my Ford vehicles to this dealer again and I will never recommend this dealer to anyone for anything!! I have been a loyal Ford owner for over 30 years and have never recieved such service as I have here. More
