Came in from about 2. 5 hours away as their sales manager gave us a price. Horrible place to buy a car they will sell you a car and a bunch of lies! My daughter bought a brand new Hyundai accent, but apparently there is some kind of safety recall. They told my daughter they would a bunch of lies! My daughter bought a brand new Hyundai accent, but apparently there is some kind of safety recall. They told my daughter they would give her a loaner until they got the recall part in. My wife had to cosign on the loa and my daughter has to put down $2000 cash. After the paper work and all was done, well guess what they don't have a loaner car on the lot! So they got the loan approved and my daughters cash but my daughter doesn't have a car to drive and it could be Up to 3 months before she gets her car so she will be making payments on a car she can not drive. A 2022 Hyundai accent. My wife called them and they said well we told her we might have a loaner we could give her. Bull crap!!! they lied to my daughter and they got my daughter s money the loan approved, and couldn't care less that my daughter doesn't have a car to drive. Do not trust these Liars. More

Just waited 2 and half hours after my 4pm APPOINTMENT at Killeen Hyundai, only to find my car still sitting in the drive WAITING to go back. Other customers have come and gone with their vehicles, and they haven't even touched my 2021 Hyundai Elantra until i came out to see what the status was on my vehicle. I tell you what the status was - it was still sitting there in the driveway no one had even touched it in 2 and a 1/2 hours. I'm never coming back to this dealership for anything. I'll drive down to Georgetown to get better service at the Hyundai dealership down there. The xxxx with Killeen Hyundai. NEVER treated like this when it was Automax.
