Kia of Round Rock - Service Center

When I got home I noticed a piece of my car (KIA Rio)was missing (the tow hitch cover on the front bumper). This was not missing when I took it in. I went back and they denied losing the part. I found the same part for $5.00 on-line. So for a $5.00 part (probably even cheaper for the dealer) they have most my business. And I am seriously looking at buying a new Kia Sol right now. It won’t be from any dealer in the Southwest Kia group. They have lost my business! That part was there when I took my car in, they know they lost it. More
