3.5 hours for an oil change and checkup. This was so slow. It’s never been this slow before. Ever. No option to drive me back was offered. No real reason why it was so slow. Normally I love this dealership and the people that work there. Since I’ve been working with Sean my experience has been less than stellar. Still waiting for my recall canister. Asked about why my key fob wasn’t working and was told it would need a new battery for $5-10. I said that’s fine. Never got replaced. Made an extra trip to get the battery for the fob. That’s after 2 trips for my ac a couple of months ago. Still need canister for the recall. Prefer another service advisor. Thank you. More
