I have bought 7 vehicles in the last 10 years all from different dealers; I have 4 daughters if that gives you any idea of what I was up against. The other half were OK, but none stood out to the point where I would go back to them. Then I went to Kia Mazda of Old Saybrook and what a pleasant surprise; no pressure, totally informative and a pleasure to deal with. Chris Johnson was fantastic, the manager was fantastic, their website was great, the car price was great, they gave me a fair deal on my trade-in and the finance dept was fantastic. Even the salesmen I wasn't buying the car from, were helpful. Wow, imagine that!!!! I know where I am buying all my future cars and I certainly don't mind putting my name on this evaluation and I guarantee that I didn't know anything about or anyone associated with this dealership until this recent purchase.
