was not accommodated for anything. I spoke with multiple people that each had something different to tell me. I was told by one gentleman that i wouldnt have to pay for a specific service then ended up char people that each had something different to tell me. I was told by one gentleman that i wouldnt have to pay for a specific service then ended up charging almost $200 for that because i couldnt remember the name of the 6th person i had spoken with who mentioned they'd do it for free. They also were not updating me on the status of a part i ordered. I was also told they could get the part in two days then I ended up waiting almost two weeks! Unexeptable service. will not be returning to any of the kia dealerships if this is how they handle things. I was told they have been behind from being "bought out" and have received many unhappy guests, yet they did nothing to accommodate me or my needs. Treat people like humans and not dollar signs.
