For background, I have a very nice fully-loaded 2015 Kia Optima SXL Turbo - which I purchased here Pre-Owned when it was only 6 months New with 8K miles on it. At 62K miles now, I was in for a scheduled oil change. Colby reviewed my next purchase plans and shared his ideas to make sure it would be more than an impulse buy. Colby was clearly intelligent about more than vehicles. Kia (and Kia’s customers) will certainly benefit from that fact in the future. He took note of my comments as to why it makes sense for Kia to pre-sell services (eg, 5-years prepaid oil changes) along with other advice/suggestions. My experience with Colby what's the first time that I've ever dealt I would like to take the time 2 let everyone know about my experience with Colby. My experience with Colby what's the first time that I've ever dealt with a car salesman why didn't feel pressured to buy a car he was very helpful and answering all of my questions help me find out what my car was worth showed me some nice cars presented me with my options but never once did I feel pressure to buy vehicle he was just very helpful respectful and friendly. I learned that me and him both have a little baby and he even gave me some good pointers since I'm a new dad which I've actually implemented some of them. Because of my experience with Colby when I am in a financial position to buy car I definitely know where I'm going. And this is where everyone else should go to thanks y'all. More
