Bought a Brand new 2022 Kia Soul. Gave them large down payment and financed a portion of it. Terms were stated at 48 month when i spoke with salesman. Finance guy fraudulently tacked on a $3500 extra service contract onto a brand new car with full factory warranty and told me I was signing the Kia warranty . My bank paperwork came in with a 75 month term and the add on 3500 dollars. My 22,000 new vehicle now will cost me 34,000 dollars total . They lied and pulled one over on me and now they give me complete run around when I want it removed 4 days after I bought it. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS DISHONEST DEALERSHIP. I will be contacting the bank, Kia, BBB, and every review site possible . More
