Deceptive Price Listed on Online Car Shopping Sites Salesman Alex was Great!!! However, dealership posted what I feel is a deceptive price on all the online car shopping sites just to get me in (and in Salesman Alex was Great!!! However, dealership posted what I feel is a deceptive price on all the online car shopping sites just to get me in (and in my opinion, they probably did that to earn the GREAT DEAL rating on those sites). Price was actually $1000 higher than what I saw online. Scroll way down on the dealer's website & you'll see "price reflects $1000 cash down or trade." I ended up buying my car from a dealer that was upfront online about the REAL price of the car. This deceptive practice wasted my time, the salesman's time, and more importantly; my family's time. I would never recommend anyone to buy a vehicle at Kia of Dartmouth. My family and I visited the dealership 9/8/2018 to buy a Kia Sedona that was advertised on many online sites for $20,379. More

Very Profesional I went into Kia of Dartmouth and spoke to Dave B. I told him my story and was in need of a car right away, I had a car that was worth nothing and yet I went into Kia of Dartmouth and spoke to Dave B. My experience was nothing short of amazing! I went into Kia of Dartmouth wanting a new vehicle, but believing I would never be approved for one. I had no money down, and my credit is less than I went into Kia of Dartmouth wanting a new vehicle, but believing I would never be approved for one. I had no money down, and my credit is less than good. My sales rep, David Beard greeted us at the door. He was very personable and welcoming, and he made me feel comfortable right from the start. I told him my situation, he did some research, and then took me to look at cars that he believed were right for me. Four hours later I drove my new SUV out of the dealership. Dave was awesome. He dispelled all the previous assumptions I had about car salesmen. I can not thank him enough! More
