Upon my arrival I was greeted by the salesperson Dery Santos and let him know my what i was looking for and I test drove the Forte and the Optima and it was the Optima I selected after test driving them both. Dery was professional, thorough and explained each model and the options. I went in with a budget and they could make it happen and we had made deal. More

I was hesitant about driving the car in the area for a test drive so he was sure to breakdown all of the features that the vehicle had himself. He walked me through the entire process and made sure I was comfortable with every thing before leaving the lot. Certainly a 10/10 experience. Thanks guys!!! More

There was no pressure to buy and were very knowledgeable. Mike greeted us as soon as we walked in and from start to finish gave nothing but a great experience! He helped make our process as smooth as possible while providing friendly, personable conversation to get to know us and our car needs. He walked us through all of the features in the car before our test drive allowing us to be as comfortable as possible and get the most out of our drive! During negotiation, we ran into an issue and Mike made sure to go the extra mile to help settle it for us! Mike took all the stress out of car buying and made it enjoyable. They were happy to work with us in order to get us a great deal that was in our budget. Hands down had a seamless experience! More

Kia of Cherry Hill is a phenomenal dealership and sells a lot of Kias because they have great salespeople that work with customers to get them the best prices and they have the biggest selection of Kias I've seen anywhere. 5 stars all around!! Deceived and Disappointed A few days ago, I purchased a 2016 Audi A3 from Kia Cherry Hill. I specifically selected it because of their internet price. I did all of the financ A few days ago, I purchased a 2016 Audi A3 from Kia Cherry Hill. I specifically selected it because of their internet price. I did all of the financing stuff by phone, and to be polite, because of the Covid ordeal, I didn't even test drive the car. I rushed through all of the signings of the documents, to get in and out. I made the mistake of trusting I was getting the advertised price. Unfortunately, I got home, read through the paperwork carefully, and realized I was charged nearly $4000.00 more because I did not get the "internet pricing." I called the next morning and the finance specialist told me it was because of "inflation." I knew there was nothing I could do about it, it was my fault. I just hate dishonesty. To add insult to injury, they didn't give me any floor mats and my lug nut caps are missing. I spent another $200 getting them from Audi parts. My only recourse is I would never buy or recommend them. Just disappointed and kicking myself for being foolish. The salesman was nice at least. More
