Dishonesty and unprofessionalism is an understatement for much of the staff. I have been screamed at, disrespected, and lied to more times AFTER my car purchase than before. My car had a minor turn signal issue as well and my salesman basically said “yeah it’s just like that” (I bought a CPO vehicle) a different salesman (Michael) had to get them to look at it and fix it.
