I really like the service employees, they are always helpful, courteous, friendly. My only complaint is that every time I'm there they underquote the time to complete the service. However, I don't feel that's their fault, I feel that the dealership overbooks customers and then the technicians are doing their best to complete way too many services. I was quoted 3 hours to change me oil and install new tires, instead it took 6 hours. Again, I don't believe it's the fault of the service people... they are always great. More
