Kia Of Chattanooga

We owned a Kia purchased in Dalton, GA 57 months ago. We went to Chattanooga looking for a pick-up truck, but wound up at the KIA dealership in Chattanooga. I suppose it was fate. He answered each question we had in-depth and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. We were drawn to the Optima we ultimately purchased the same way we were drawn to the salesman. Our journey continued when we reached financing. Jennifer Wyckoff (who also lives in the same town as we do, as well as Terry), was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were made to feel like family, and with a purchase this large, you don't know what that means to us. She let us shop freely but never left us without assistance; she never tried to over sale us and let this be our decision. I have to admit that I was very wishy-washy with what I wanted in a new vehicle. KIA seemed to fit all of my wants in the end. We had been searching for a 2012 Rio SX in white. It had been extremely hard to find. We live an hour and a half away and found the car in Chatt. but it was 3:30 central time and 4:30 at the dealership and been extremely hard to find. Went into Kia to browse, but not expecting to leave the lot with anything. Terry was so friendly and was very patient in answering all of my questions (and as a first time buyer, I had plenty!) We originally went to just look at around and test drive several different styles of vehicles. We ended up buying an Optima! Richard was AWESOME! Could not ask for a nicer salesperson.
