The sales person ( Ken Ford ) was a great not like a lot of others salesman we dealt with in the past and Clyde Dempsey is one of the nicest finance guys you will ever meet. I feel like I have purchased a car from a friend rather than a salesman. From the beginning, Sinisa (Hank) treated me and my family like I feel you should be treated at a car dealership. He was never pushy and never seemed like he was just there for a sale. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, rebates, and any other questions I had. Even after the sale, he went over and beyond, making sure I was comfortable with all of the features and equipment. He stayed until after 9:00 pm to assure I was comfortable with everything. Terry was also great to work with. He, as well as all other employees at Kia of Chattanooga, offered drinks and anything needed to make me feel relaxed (even a few laughs). Clyde was great in the finaincial department. He explained everything in a way that actually made sense to someone who doesn't know much about the financial side of things. I will, for sure, recommend this dealership and my salesmen to everyone I know! More

My husband and I were in real need of a car but we wanted to stay under 7,000 and also keep our payment under $200. We knew it was going to be hard (if not impossible) and looked for weeks for a dependable car that would fit our needs. Jamie was amazing to work with, not the usual pushy sales person. He kept us in mind and when a car perfect for us came in, he had it sitting there when we got to the lot. We got an amazing deal, the car is way above our expectations. way under 7000 and our payments are barely over 100. He worked well with our limited credit and did everything he could to put us in a car. Jamie went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. This car is actually my first car and I love it. It's exactly what our family needed (with a new baby) and also stylish for me. I can't describle how thankful we are to Jamie. We are building up credit and we will definitely come back to see Jamie in the future.We are recommending Jamie to EVERYONE. We also worked with Jeniifer Wyckoff, who was so pleasant. We actually visited the dealership a week before we bought our new Optima. She approached us, asked if we had questions and gave us a brochure with her card attached when we requested it. We returned a week later and asked for Karen. She was thorough, efficient, and did not try to "oversell", which we really appreciated. Jennifer Wyckoff completed our transaction and was very efficient as well. She answered all of our questions and "knew her stuff".
