Took them over a month to respond to me. Then once they did I informed them I had purchased a car. Yet they kept calling, and emailing. The gentleman that answered said "what do you want me to sell" It was definitely the same guy from my voicemail. I said John just called me, he said there's no John here. I said that's funny because you just called me, he said I didnt call you - I said that's odd because its your voice on my voicemail, which he replies HMMMM. Based off this phone call alone, I would NEVER EVER go to Keyes in Van Nuys. SO UNPROFESSIONAL More
